I had a good day today, but I didn’t work out… I got a mani-pedi instead.
Breakfast… 2 slices turkey bacon; omelette made with 2 eggs and 1 yolk; 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon and Splenda; 1/2 cup blueberries.
Lunch… 4 ounces chicken salad; 1/2 cup broccoli; 1/2 cup strawberries.
Afternoon Snack… 2 ounces sliced turkey; 4 cherry tomatoes; 4 almonds.
Dinner… 4 ounces panko- and parmesan-crusted cod; 8 brussels sprouts; romaine lettuce salad with sundried tomatoes, capers, parmesan cheese, and a few scoops of four-bean salad.
Bedtime Snack… 1/2 cup cottage cheese with Splenda, cocoa, and orange extract; 1/2 cup strawberries; 4 pecans.
