Back to Perricone… Day 11.

I moved to a new cubicle today (unrelated to the potential promotion, which I still haven’t heard about), which is much quieter and has more flattering lighting. They didn’t move my phone over yet, however, so I spent the afternoon first catching up on my work – which didn’t take long, because I was already fairly caught up – and then catching up on other peoples’ work. There were actually a few moments today when I had lulls in activity, which never happens at work.

Breakfast… 3.5-ounce salmon patty; 1/2 cup yogurt + 1/2 cup strawberries, flavored with Splenda and vanilla extract.

Lunch… Crab cake (made with 6-ounce can crabmeat, 1 egg white, a few scallions, a bit of seaweed, ginger, and shoyu); romaine lettuce salad with 1/2 cup bean salad, tomato slices, roasted red bell pepper slices, and goat cheese, dressed with olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar.

Afternoon Snack… 2 ounces chicken with parmesan; 4 cherry tomatoes; 4 garden herb almonds.

Dinner… Kung pao chicken (with about 6 ounces of chicken); 1/2 cup spicy Manhattan clam chowder from Whole Foods; 1/2 cup eggplant from TJ’s Misto alla Griglio leftovers, topped with tomato slices and shaved parmesan.

Bedtime Snack… Strawberry fudgecicle (1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries); 4 almonds.
